♦ Australian passport holders and those from other designated countries may travel to Thailand for tourism purposes without a visa. They will be permitted to stay in Thailand not exceeding 30 days on each visit if arriving by air or not exceeding 15 days on each visit if arriving by land or sea. Please provide a confirmed return ticket out of Thailand or onward travel arrangements (either by air, land or sea) within 30 days (entering by air) at the airport immigration checkpoints or 15 days (if entering by land or sea) at the immigration checkpoints from neighbouring countries. ♦ Passport holders of specific countries are required to provide additional documents for visa applications. Please download Visa Application Form B from The Royal Thai Embassy in Canberra Website and submit your application to The Royal Thai Embassy.

♦ Australian Travel Document and Australian Certificates of Identity holders, whose original nationality is not from one of the specific countries, can apply for a visa in The Royal Thai Consulate Perth. Please download Visa application Form A. Australian Travel Document and Australian Certificates of Identity holders , whose original nationality is from one of the specific countries are required to apply for a visa (Visa Application Form B) to enter into Thailand through The Royal Thai Embassy in Canberra.

♦ All other countries are required to apply for a visa using this Visa application Form A.

The Royal Consulate Perth Rules and Regulations

♦ Please wear suitable clothing when attending the Consulate.
♦ The Royal Thai Consulate Perth will not accept applications if they are crossed out, messy or dirty.
♦ The Royal Thai Consulate Perth has the right to refuse visa applications without reason.
♦ The Royal Thai Consulate Perth will only accept complete applications. Visa applications with incomplete documentation will not be processed. All applicants must apply at least 2 weeks prior to their travel. Complete applications take 3 business days to process, not including the day that you lodge.
♦ Travel itinerary showing arrival and departure dates for Thailand must be submitted together with the visa application form.
♦ The Royal Thai Consulate Perth will not accept application forms electronically. Please do not send your application form via email. The visa application form must be printed and submitted in person or by post together with other relevant documents. Digital signatures do not comply with current Thai law. Please do not use a digital signature. Application form must be printed and signed.
